An absolutely fantastic campsite. Super friendly staff, new sanitary facilities with plenty of space in the showers, beautiful terraced pitches on both sides of the hill. The lakeside pitches offer a sundowner view next to the dune that, in my opinion, can't be beat.

The photos from before the bushfires give a completely wrong impression of what the campsite looks like now. But apart from that, searching for a spot while driving the camper across the grounds gave the feeling of watching thousands of penguins finding a place to breed on a rock by the sea. We turned around immediately.

Great location of the campsite. You can walk straight onto the dunes and the beach. Sanitary facilities in very good condition, neat and clean. Pitches vary greatly in size. Furthermore, many amenities and a fine mini-supermarket with fresh bread. Not 5 stars because of the pitches varying in size.
