The fresh water supply is permanently out of service. Cassette disposal is impossible because it's clogged. Gray water is leaking.

Dirty. No maintenance. Wells were clogged. A large puddle formed on the street. The toilet drain also did not drain. Rinsed with little water. You could buy water, didn't try it.
