 The town of Le Vert offers boating and canoeing on the Boutonne.
 The green is located on the cycle path of the banks of the Boutonne, you can also access 4km (Charente Maritime), the village of Dampierre sur Boutonne where there is the Asinerie du Baudet du Poitou which has been preserving the donkey breed for around 40 years, an Italian-inspired castle from 1495, a supermarket and a second-hand shop.
 On the Deux-Sèvres side, 6 km away, the Zoodyssée has around 700 animals and 70 European species. The village of Chizé is 5 km away, with all shops: bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and garage.
