Despite the festivities under the bridge, we had a great overnight stay.

Do download the camping car park map in advance.

We still have the old physical map and that worked fine.

A beautiful spot if you want to visit the city.
We didn't know there were festivities and were pleasantly surprised that there were still a few spots available later in the afternoon.

Very noisy on September 30th, quiet from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. There's no Wi-Fi despite all the advertising in the parking lot and on the site. Close to the city center, there are also shuttle buses. The city has no historical value or sights. Only a lot of restaurants and shops, but also a lot of decay. Left after 24 hours, not an inviting place.
