Aire de Camping-Car Lac du Saligou

The place is wonderfully peaceful. There were three of us there, which could easily accommodate more people if necessary. But the amenities are inadequate and neglected. We thought the CP sign would soon grow ivy. It's a shame that such a beautiful place is slowly disappearing.

Beautiful spot, but all facilities have been dismantled. So, no water, no wastewater drainage, and no lighting. The parking area is gravelly but reasonably dry. It remains a nice place for a stopover about 8 km from the main road (A75/E11). There are three picnic benches in a spacious, demarcated area. Some noise from the adjacent road.

Great place for an overnight stay. No lake view, but spacious and natural. The facilities are gated. We were there with about 10 campers. We didn't feel unsafe.
