It's now Camping-Camperplaats Caix. We stayed here for two nights. The sanitary facilities are in need of renovation. You pay €2 to use the toilet and shower, using a door code at the entrance. But if those are broken into, you're not going to pay €2, are you? It's a beautiful area, though, and we had to do everything early because of the heat.

This place is an absolutely 5 star not due to the standards of the shower and restroom they are clean and basic.
But because of the location right on the river and the extreme beautiful nature sour rounding the pitch.
We also went to The Danish Majesty Queen’s Castle 700 meters away from the camp site..

beautifully situated, nice campsite with a motorhome in front directly on the Lot. Kayak rental, plumbing a bit rickety but clean, no wifi. campers are on grass on a gravel path, very helpful and friendly owner. We were there with rain, but in good weather definitely recommended, € 15 for 2 people, camper and (free) dog
and electricity.
