A great place to stay overnight and visit the charming town of Uzés. No obligations, but please let us know you've arrived. Wine tasting and a bottle of wine purchase are appreciated. We spent two wonderful days here in early January.

Perfect welcome, ideal for visiting the city. The staff were very kind and pleasant, and there was a water point and a grey water disposal area – what more could you ask for? So, take a trip to the wine cellar to taste and buy their products.

September 29th was a very busy campsite, especially on Fridays to visit the large Saturday market. It remains peaceful and pleasant. Accommodation (and amenities) are free, and the owner is unobtrusive, but buying a bottle of organic wine or a bib is recommended. The town center is within walking distance, with its many restaurants and shops (no chains 🏕️). You can cycle to the Pont du Gard (16km) via the greenway.
