Top spot for people who love peace and quiet and the camper vibe. If you are self-sufficient, you will be more than happy to make use of this place. Nice drive there. Crickets welcome you. The château is under renovation, but that actually adds to the charm, and the ‘lord of the manor’ adds an extra touch with a lovely wine tasting starting at 6 pm. We scored a box of variety with cheese and salt. We slept like babies.

After making a reservation, we arrived in the afternoon. We didn't see anyone. There was supposed to be a wine tasting every day, which is what we went for specifically. But at 6:00 PM, we stood in front of a closed door. After calling four times and no one answering, we just left. Another camper arrived and looked surprised as well. So, unfortunately, a very bad experience.

Fine for one overnight stay, no facilities however there was a wine tasting at 6:00 PM, even though there were only 2 campers there, it went ahead. History of the chateau and tasting. It was fun and tasty.
