Camping Mas de Rey

We stayed here for 3 nights. The bathroom facilities were okay, the pitch was okay, but the electricity and water weren't available, as advertised (pitched at 54). The pitches are spacious. We noticed it was the end of the season, and the reception staff (two young and one older) were quite grumpy, inaccessible, and unfriendly. The young man was okay, though. The restaurant was closed, and the takeout service for vegetarian lasagna or fish and chips was mediocre. Uzés is a very nice place to cycle to, a 15-minute ride.

Beautifully landscaped campsite. Some looser places and some spacious places, separated by hedges. Already busy at the end of May/beginning of June. With 80% Dutch seniors. At reception they also speak English or Dutch. Nice swimming pool, clean sanitary facilities. Bread service. Barrel at the swimming pool

Nice, friendly and quiet campsite. Nice welcome. Sanitary facilities are very ok. Many possibilities to explore this region (Gard) with the (electric) bike. I would love to come back.
