Friendly welcome. Owner speaks Dutch. Spacious pitch of your choice. Electricity included in the price. Dogs free. Water point and drain on certain pitches. Bread roll service good. Cycle path from Pierrefonds to Compiegne 50 m from the campsite (just cross the street). Condition is sometimes substandard, so be careful. Enormous castle; well-maintained but few rooms to visit. Free entry on Sundays during the winter months.

Everything you need. Sanitary facilities are old but okay.

Nice, clearly marked pitches.

Note: Three-axle vehicles are not usually allowed.

We were exceptionally allowed to stay for two nights.

The castle and the town center with restaurants and two shops are a 10-15 minute walk away and absolutely worth seeing.

The hospitable manager deserves 8*! The municipality is the owner and unfortunately does not invest in the outdated sanitary facilities. The manager has to do everything alone; he keeps it clean, but the guests are not well-behaved due to the outdated sanitary facilities. Beautiful large trees, good walking and cycling, interesting castle. The rental cottages are great to look at. We were not bothered by the road.
