Parking space centrally located, close to the city, clean and well-maintained

Camper pitch close to the beach in Calais, so a nice location.

There is a manager on the front row who helps you if something goes wrong. No toilet or shower, but everything else is available.

Perfectly fine for a stopover. You do need to be a member (a one-time fee of five euros), then you can arrange everything in the app. Electricity is included in the price. You have to pay separately for water. You can check available spots in the app for many places.
