hospitable reception with enthusiastic explanation about what to do in the area. A real gem, if you like peace. we wanted to stay 1 night but stayed two.

Farm campsite with hospitable and helpful, friendly owners. And nice clean facilities. There is even a covered area where you could cook if you want, where there is a fridge and all kinds of information about the area. Really recommended as far as we are concerned! 
We went cycling from here for a week and the owner kept an eye on our camper van. So sweet!

The hostess (also English speaking) is really super friendly and helpful. Super. We had booked for 2 nights to explore the area.

Unfortunately the weather was bad and we went earlier.

What was a downside for us is the large amount of flying and cleaning up the stables in the morning so you (I'm a city person) can't get the air out of your nose.

Unfortunately, it missed the sights.
