Hello we have fiber so free wifi is good if you follow the instructions we give you to connect and if your phone has no problem finding the wifi network. If the problem is with your phone, there is nothing we can do. We have wifi antennas throughout the campsite to distribute good internet for free in all places. For hot water we had no feedback on the lack of hot water. But maybe you didn't see that there was a mixer to turn to manage the heat of the water. we have 2 hot water production systems so it's hard not to have hot water. But if this were the case, you should have come to see us immediately, we would have intervened immediately to give you hot water. It would have been much more effective and simple than writing it on the internet... because the internet has a lot of power but not the power to technically meet your expectations... too bad for our society to lose the use of verbal communication. Next time don't hesitate to come and talk in person to solve problems, it will be very satisfying for everyone and less dehumanizing.
