Parking Plan d'Eau de Monieux

Fantastic location, especially for hikers. A village about 20 minutes away has a restaurant that's closed on Mondays. There's a tourist office in the village with route maps. Very clean place, with trash containers available. Keep it tidy.

we were standing at the fishing pond. the CPs are actually somewhere else, but we couldn't get there "easily" (there was no one standing there either) that's why we were at the fishing pond. we were almost alone somewhere further away on another camper. until 5 a.m. wonderfully quiet from 5 a.m. “lots” of hustle and bustle and noise from fishermen. conclusion. good CP but where it should be 😁.

Great place. No facilities except waste containers. very quiet at night. However, an occasional car may pass by on the gravel road early in the morning. The lake was not special, the water was very low.
