Busy city campsite.
Lots of traffic noise.
Sanitary facilities are poor, but they are regularly cleaned.
Beach and restaurants nearby.
Le Lavandou is easy to reach.
We got a spot on the road, so we quickly moved on.

This is indeed a real French campsite, but in a positive sense. Very friendly welcome and beautiful places. Sanitary facilities are ok and are indeed cleaned several times a day with high pressure. Location is ideal. Through a back gate 2 minutes from the beach of St Claire. From there via the Sentier du Littoral fifteen minutes from Le Levandou. Lovely beach boulevard with many food and drink options and very friendly service. Recommended 👍

A real French campsite. Wonderfully casual and large pitches with electricity and water. Basic sanitary facilities (no toilet paper) but clean and good showers. 
Via a back exit you can reach Saint Clair plage in 3 minutes!
