Everything is available. The ladies at the reception are friendly, patient, and helpful.

The sanitary facilities are neat but dated. Not all mixer taps in the showers work properly (much too hot).

The sanitary facilities are inadequate when busy. There was no facility for washing dishes at the nearest toilet block. We received poor information at the reception; the lady spoke poor English. Previous reviews state that dogs are prohibited on the beach, which is true; there are large prohibition signs absolutely everywhere! You can find a quiet beach, and many people do that. The lake is fantastically beautiful, especially now that the water level is low, as there is plenty of beach all around.
