great place out of season for spot of dinner watch world go by there are high curbs so watch your electric step if you’re on that side like us also there is a bike path very close otherwise perfect

Out of season the parking machines are out of use (they have a cover) and you can therefore park for free. We enjoyed the view and the people strolling. Enjoy the sun with the sliding door open. Busy traffic on the boulevard.
