Camping-Car Park de Chantecoq

Quiet days (15-17 May) at this Camping-car Park aire. Access with pass or code (see CCP app). Beautiful cycling around Lac du Der. Birdwatching hut nearby, spotting cranes in early spring and autumn. No shops etc within walking distance. So shopping on the way😉. During our stay the baker came to the CP. At 6-7 km is Giffaumont-Champaubert and Station Nautique (water sports) with restaurants (busy in season).

is just open. yes you need a pass de etapes but you can just get that from the machine. if you have any problems you can always call

A Camping car card is still required. If you don't have one, you can create an account on the spot where a lot of useless information is requested. In the pouring rain, went through the entire process before the price was mentioned E20,- incl. VAT. excl. electricity and water. Unclear how to get in after registration. We didn't continue with this. To spot the cranes, you are forced to put the camper on this CP.
