Camping Château de Lordat

We stayed here for one night while traveling through, but unfortunately, we didn't have more time, otherwise we would definitely have stayed longer. What a view! We'd never seen one this beautiful. The welcome from the lady who runs the place was exceptionally warm. She also spoke a little English, which was a plus for us non-French-speaking Dutch people. The climb is a bit challenging due to the bends and elevation gain. Highly recommended.

What an incredible, beautiful place. On a farm (so with noise) but wonderfully peaceful with a view! We paid €18 for a campervan, electricity, and two people. Dogs are welcome. There are no shops or bakeries nearby. There are no chemical toilets or wastewater disposal facilities. Friendly owners. Excellent hiking and cycling terrain. For us, one of the most beautiful places in France 😍 GOLD!
