Camping du Loup

The campsite is simple but offers plenty of freedom. The pitches are reasonably spacious, and the site is within walking distance of the Lourdes theme park. Personally, I found the theme park a bit disappointing; it felt very commercial and crowded, and the town itself resembles a crowded market. The constant dragging of people who are ill or have disabilities made me feel a bit uneasy. Speaking English remains difficult for most French people.

Comfortable campsite; we were allowed to choose our pitch (we then contact reception). Lots of greenery and trees. Close to the Sanctuary. The restroom block is a bit dated, but clean and functional. Convenient water loading and unloading.

The campsite is close to the pilgrimage site. It's a great location. We were allowed to choose our own spot. The sanitary facilities are outdated, but clean. The campsite feels a bit "drab," despite the lady at reception being very helpful.
