Le Camping du Lavandin

I'm giving *** because I think €30 in October is a lot of money for a campsite without toilet paper or soap. The sanitary facilities weren't very clean. There were also no sandwiches or snacks, but I understand that in October. The pool isn't heated, but it was open, so I went for a swim anyway. Orange is a beautiful town with a Roman theater and nice restaurants. 7 minutes by bike.

I made a reservation and paid a deposit before September 1st. On September 1st, the reservation was canceled by the campsite due to heavy rainfall, which made the campsite inaccessible. They promised to refund the deposit. To date (5/10), this has not happened, despite repeated requests. I have since filed a complaint with Credit Card Mij.

A lovely campsite with beautiful, spacious pitches. The reception is quick and friendly. A wonderful swimming pool with cool water. A good campsite for a stopover or to visit Orange, which is within walking distance (30 minutes) and certainly easy and safe to do by bike. There are cycle paths. The pitches offer plenty of privacy and shade and have 10A power and good Wi-Fi. The sanitary facilities are clean and there are hot water at the sinks.
