We stayed here from July 19 to 21; it is a wonderfully quiet location where you can certainly get a good rest if you wish. The sanitary facilities are indeed a bit older, but they are kept very neatly clean; nothing to complain about. We go on a relaxed holiday; perhaps the owner noticed that and was friendly enough to us to return there again if desired.

You pay the ‘regular’ camping rate for the camper, as you are staying on the campsite.

A somewhat dated but reasonably well-maintained campsite with many permanent pitches and several dozen transient spots on the edge of the Black Forest. Check-in and (cash) payment is possible in the afternoon and early evening at the campsite restaurant, where you can also enjoy a good meal—after making a reservation. I suspect the negative reviews about the managers stem from impatience; I found them to be friendly people. The sanitary facilities are clean and included in the price.
