Nice free camper site. You sometimes have to fetch electricity from a distance and it is paid for per use. 2 bakeries within a short walking distance. A visit to the castle is worth the walk. There are plenty of places in the village where you can get something to eat and drink.
We experienced absolutely no disturbance from the trains or other traffic.

The pitches are not marked, which is a shame because some campers end up claiming a lot of space.

We were here on a school day; it was lovely to see all the children on their way to school with big backpacks. We weren't bothered by this at all. No trains run at night (or we didn't hear them).

Bakery within walking distance and delicious bread.

A nice pitch with electricity and a sanitary building is available for €20.50 per night. Various cycling and walking opportunities from Scheidegg.
