Great spot in a park-like setting. Lovely for walking and cycling. There's a terrace a little further down, and restrooms are available when they're open. A spot costs €7, including drinking water, a chemical toilet, and wastewater disposal. Electricity at the machine: €1 for 8 hours, €2 for 16 hours. I wish there were more spots like this. We had plenty of space.

Why is there a caravan there and apparently for a while now?

Just drove past it today. Seems like a neat spot. Only it was already full at three o'clock, also a caravan so that defeats the purpose. Yes nice places and cheap are often occupied a bit too long. Just drive on there are more nice places in this area.
