Schwimmbad Jestetten

We visited this camper site/campground yesterday and today. There was space available both days. The manager wasn't there. Both times, he called to say it was full. People who were there said the manager wasn't interested anymore. They also said the pool only opens when the manager feels like it. The pool does look very nice, though.

We planned to stay two nights. We ended up staying four. The manager was very friendly and helpful. This small campsite is located on the grounds of the municipal swimming pool. The sanitary facilities are excellent. Clean, hot showers and toilets. We paid 32 euros per night. Electricity is charged separately. The Schaffhausen Waterfalls are about a 6km bike ride away. This is easily doable. Rheinau Monastery is about a 4km bike ride away. Supermarket next to the campsite.

Great location, close to everything. In the morning, we popped into the adjacent Edeka for bread. Cycled to the Rhine Falls. Super friendly owner, great showers and toilets. We stayed here for two nights.
