The price and the time frame wouldn't even be acceptable if everything worked properly and the parking spaces were adequately sized.

But as it stands, it gives the impression that the municipality wants to make as much money as possible without any effort.

Compared to other parking lots, this one deserves a failing grade.

We were the only ones there, but we didn't feel unsafe for a single moment.
