If I didn't have to give a *, I would. What a mess. Dirty and old. The bathroom fixtures are pre-war. We paid €40 on September 11th, and you also have to pay for the shower separately. You don't want to shower there, so that's a plus. You're standing on steel grates.
The only positive is the restaurant across the street. Simply fantastic. It gets 5 *.

Clean sanitary facilities, choose your own spot on the pitch. Within walking distance of Lake Chiemsee and the village. Next to a restaurant and snack bar. Unfortunately, it's close to a noisy road.
