Great place (enclosed parking) for both a stopover and as a base to discover Füssen and the castles of Hohenschangau and Neuschwanstein. We did this by bike (e-bike) and it is perfectly manageable. Füssen is 2 km away. The sanitary facilities are clean but slightly insufficient for the number of pitches. We hadn't reserved, everything was full, but we still managed to get a spot in the parking lot next to the campervan site.

Great place to visit Füssen and go on many bike rides in the surrounding area. And yes...it is busy, but the supermarket is around the corner!

Since the restaurant has closed or is only open occasionally, I'm deducting two stars from the rating. When filling the fresh water tank, you have to hold down a button the whole time; how are you supposed to see when the tank is full, especially since the filler neck is on the other side of the vehicle? Otherwise, the showers and the site were clean. The cost was €25 per day plus €1 for 1 kWh of electricity.
