This is simply a parking lot, good for parking while exploring the city, and possibly overnight stays; no water/waste disposal or electricity.

Fine free parking spot for a visit to Nördlingen. In my opinion, not suitable for overnight stays.
I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable there.
