Once you've navigated the treacherous, potholed track leading to the property, you'll find a very well-maintained campsite, used by a mix of caravans and motorhomes.

Primarily a transit site, therefore quite noisy! There's a surcharge of €4 for just one night, bringing the total to €30 per vehicle. Electricity costs €0.80 per kWh, and showers (3 minutes) cost €2. And in this "Bavarian digital age," payment is only accepted in cash. The whole process is cumbersome!

We stayed at this campsite for 1 night (€30, cash only). The location is fine, a 20-minute bike ride from Lake Chiemsee. There is no hot water for washing dishes. There is only 1 ladies' and 1 men's toilet, which is insufficient for the number of pitches. We found showering for €2 for 3 minutes to be quite expensive. Otherwise, the campsite grounds are perfectly fine, with plenty of play space for children.
