Grünheider Ferienpark und Camping

Beautiful green campsite, not too big near the beach at a beautiful lake where you can get ice cream and chips (especially in summer). Friendly manager. Station at 1500 meters, to do on foot otherwise take a bus to Bahnhof, walk down the street. You buy a ticket on the train. Supermarket close by. All in all positive. There is WiFi (1 euro per day) but only at the reception building. Our 2 teenagers loved it and so did we. Pay cash only.

We were allowed to choose a place ourselves. Mainly grass. Water and electricity on site. Shower 1.50 for 3 minutes. Outdated, but clean. Washing machine, dryer, place to empty toilet and holding tank. Quiet campsite. Station is 1500 meters away. Directly to Berlin in half an hour. The swimming lake across the street is clean and really great. Also for children. We enjoyed it. We paid 40 euros per night for 2 adults, 2 kids including electricity.

camping not great, no bread to get, toilets a bit outdated, but clean. good location to visit Berlin, train station at 1500 m.
