We were 1/7 on the CP. It is a parking lot without facilities, in the middle of nature. A beautiful walking area with many remains of the Romans. The Limes ran through this area.
The youth hostel Oberreifenberg, a district of Schmitten, is located at the foot of the Großer Feldberg, close to nature in the forest. Good starting point for bike and hiking tours towards Feldberg, the highest mountain in the Taunus. >> In the area: - Ski and snowboard descent with a lift at the Hotel Weilquelle - Taunatours high ropes course - Feldberg Fort - Limes hiking trail - Hessenpark Open Air Museum - Lochmühle leisure park - Opel zoo - Saalburg Roman fort
