Great campsite, a transit site for many, but also a few larger, secluded pitches for when you want to stay a bit longer. Very good sanitary facilities. Cycling to Wetzlar is great fun!!

For us, it was a transit campsite. We received a friendly welcome and the sanitary facilities were clean. Unfortunately, the adjacent road was quite audible. The restaurant next to the campsite is closed. Otherwise, the town has little to offer. The historic Old Town is largely deserted and looks a bit run-down. Bread rolls can be ordered at the reception, or you can just drive to the Aldi.

We did have a nice meal at Restaurant de Ratsschänke!

Very friendly welcome. Small, clean campsite. Heated new sanitary facilities.

Very extensive bread roll service.

When we arrived, there was actually no space left, but we were allowed to pitch our tent on a patch of gravel. We paid 27.90 for 2 people.

We wish this campsite a very good season.
