It is fine in itself that Apen makes such a facility available, but it was, even when we were there last week, restless at night due to cars and train traffic until late and again early.

Very noisy spot right in the city center

Lots of noise from passing cars both during the day and at night
The railway line also runs right past the camper site, and the train runs day and night
This is not a place recommended for a camper van with a pop-top roof
