The campsite is well located and everything is okay, but nothing more. The grounds desperately need maintenance, and the upkeep of the sanitary facilities also needs improvement. They aren't cleaned daily. The garbage bins are overflowing.

On the plus side, water, electricity, and waste disposal are included in the price!

All in all, it's okay, but only okay, so 3 stars.

Fine campsite for a few days. Nice, spacious pitches screened off by high hedges. Dated but clean and good sanitary facilities. No reception except at the swimming pool across the road. The area has little to offer in terms of tourism. We did enjoy some nice cycling, though.

Great campsite with good facilities. Many cycling routes, with the highlight being Dannenberg-Domitz-Hitzacker-Dannenberg (55km). October price: €20 per night, all inclusive.
