Shady,
check the power pedestals… we were lucky, there was still credit on them.

Great place to stay overnight.
There are currently 15 spots occupied, so you won't be alone.
Close to the center. I'll go by bike in good weather, but unfortunately, it is raining right now.
Overnight rate €10 for 24 hours. Electricity: €0.50 per kWh.

Paying at the power station proved to be a bit complicated. Other campers confirmed this. We tried several times to charge and pay according to the instructions, but to no avail. However, we subsequently received a notification from our bank that €6 had been debited. We found this very annoying, as it hadn't been clear beforehand that the transaction had been successfully completed. Duderstadt is worth seeing.
