Beautiful campsite in the woods. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The friendly owner was already waiting for us upon arrival. There is a lovely swimming lake a 200-meter walk away, very quiet and beautiful. Not very suitable for small children as there is no beach.

Delightful, playful layout, you feel at one with nature, super friendly welcome.
A beautiful place for both couples and families. Challenging but also safe for children of all ages.
Friendly owners and busy renovating/upgrading the campsite. Wonderful showers and plans for a swimming pool.
€38 without electricity is quite pricey, but you actually won't find anything less expensive in the Harz... so it's still just 4 stars!

Wonderfully peaceful and relaxing here! Next to a babbling brook, plenty of shade under the trees (which came in handy with those scorching temperatures). The small lake just a few minutes away also provided a refreshing dip. Sanitary facilities perfect. Beautiful walks. Perfect for dogs. Bread roll service. Friendly managers. A bit on the expensive side, though.
