Great place for one night; facilities are available but all paid for.

Good base for a trip to the chalk cliffs.

Ideal location, everything you need. Toilets (showers) are frequently used, including by day-trippers. Restaurant with game dishes across the street.

You pay €20, plus you can purchase electricity on site. You can reach the chalk cliffs by bus, bike, or on foot.

Tip: We found the visit to the National Park center disappointing at €14 p.p. We would have preferred to walk straight on to Victoriasicht; from there, you have a beautiful view of the Königsstuhl itself!

Everything you need is there, just no bread roll service, as far as I know.
Free camping, for a lot of campers if necessary, even 100!

Beautiful spot, close to Kaizerstuhl, a hell of a long walk though...
