It's certainly not the most beautiful spot, but you have to know what you want. The view and proximity to the old town make it ideal for some people with mobility impairments. If Rohrmann's paddock has to be used as a replacement for this spot, it won't be comparable for those campers. We won't be going to Warnemünde and spending money there anymore. But I'm sure that's the intention.

Parking lot has no facilities.

No water. Toilet is at the nearby station for 0.30.
Pull a ticket at the tree and pay when you leave.
Don't forget to pay your tourist tax of 2.25 pp at the pole (see photo with arrow); they check for it.
If you are lucky, you get a spot in the front row and can see all the boats coming in.

Beautiful spot by the waterside; checks are carried out in the evening to see if a tourist tax card has been purchased.

€2.25 per person per day.

Unfortunately, fresh water is no longer available.
Emptying the toilet and disposing of grey water is still possible.

If you plan to stay here for a few days, make sure the water tank is full.
