The Lombard Rally — €40 entry fee included!

Need to be perfectly honest here, having read many of the reviews.

Firstly, the positives. The lady in reception and the groundsman are both genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location itself is idyllic, right on the lakeside. Unfortunately, that’s pretty much where the experience takes a rather spectacular dive over a great big cliff edge.

Let’s start with the road in! Absolutely horrific!!

the road there is not nice 
to cycle also not always nice 
but too expensive at €40 per night
