A beautiful spot right on the canal. But a main road runs right next to it, with lots of rush-hour traffic in the morning. I couldn't sleep in.

Beautiful spot on the Ems-Dortmund Canal. Large inland vessels sail right past your camper. We were there around 4 pm on Friday and still found a nice spot by the water. After that, it was completely full. Great cycling in the area and we walked at the Dörenther Cliffs. A fine spot. The only downside is electricity, no water or other facilities.

You are parked along the canal, which is fine for a visit. When we were there, half of the power poles weren't working. At the gas station, you can fill up with water and empty the toilet grey water. You are 500 meters from Aldi and it is a nice place to cycle.
