Too bad, we arrived at 1:50 PM and waited until 3:00 PM, when the reception opened. Then we checked in with a lot of hassle about spots that were empty but according to the computer weren't. The receptionist proved unyielding. Okay, spot 48 then. So we paid, only to find out it was €44 per night for two people. €34 is for one person, she says. So we're not doing this. After waiting for over an hour, we felt ripped off!! We left and eventually ended up at the pool.

Great campsite, communication was clear. Checked in online the day before departure; the reception is closed out of season, but everything was clearly explained via email. Clean and heated sanitary building.

Lovely spot right by the water; it was very quiet there.

The surrounding area is easily accessible by bike via cycle paths, so you don't have to navigate through busy roads with fast-moving traffic.

The reception desk makes you feel like you should have put on a tie. A polite lady explains the whole story very correctly. Through the barrier, it's a different story. Very crooked pitches, radios until very late. Kids playing football between the caravans and campers. Many neglected permanent pitches. It is right on the water. But definitely not worth 42 euros for one night. It was peak season, though. Maybe if you want to go stand-up paddleboarding or canoeing. Otherwise, just keep driving.
