Your new pitch is in Frankenstein, Rhineland Palatinate, right next to the Palatinate Forest Wildlife and Species Conservation Center. The pitches and the entire area are perfect for relaxing. Quiet, in the middle of the forest, you can enjoy nature or go hiking. Frankenstein is located between Bad Dürkheim and Kaiserslautern. Both cities are just a few kilometers away from Frankenstein, so you have quick access to larger cities if you need to.

Experience: Super leuke plek in het bos afgelegen van de stad. Picnick banken (meerdere) kreeg je er nog bij ook en een leuke schommelbank. 
Drinkwater was super lekker uit de bron. Erg goede ervaring. 
Contact: Goed contact, met vragen konden we terecht. We kregen een leuke tour over hun terrein en mochten de dieren die ze hadden bekijken. Net een kleine dierentuin!

Experience: We zochten een plek in de natuur, en dat vonden we hier zeker. Je zit vlak naast het bos! Op een open plaats ertussen eigenlijk. Achter je het huis met soort magazijn en koten. Van op onze plek zijn we zo het bos in getrokken naar een prachtig uitzichtpunt op de kasteelruïne, en daarna naar de ruïne zelf. Heel mooi! 
Ik was voorzien met eigen wc en water. Je mag gebruik maken van de voorzieningen in het huis. Eigen materiaal vind ik persoonlijk wel gemakkelijker hier. Water kan je wel zo nemen van een bron. 
Ik sliep in mijn auto en mijn vriendin in een tent. 
We boekten hier als tussenstop tussen Beieren en België. 
Tips: Verwacht geen toeristische omgeving. Wandelen deden wij met Komoot, we zagen weinig aangeduide routes. 
Contact: Helemaal prima! Vriendelijke man die meerdere talen kan. Ook zijn vrouw was vriendelijk.
