We tried to cancel our reservation four days in advance. A refund? No way, just hassle about terms and conditions, etcetera. Don't reserve or pay in advance because you're stuck with it. In our case, it was force majeure due to the heatwave, making it impossible to cycle.

The high price has been written about before, but the campsite also has a motorhome pitch outside the camping area. That is practically as expensive as the ACSI discount, because it is not valid there.

Then they will calculate everything separately. I wouldn't do that!

Absolutely fantastic!!! I highly recommend it. Very friendly and helpful owners, a beautiful spot right on the Moselle River, clean sanitary facilities, showers even with hoses, and a small, cozy bistro at reception. What more could you want?
