### M.-van-Wijk - 4/5

Why not 5 stars? Uh, no idea actually, because this is exactly how you want to see it. Feels more like a campsite than a motorhome park, and what luxury! Just one downside? ... the queue at the baker's van in the morning, but hey, it's vacation, right?

It really is a camper spot, but fine. It is quiet there and everything is relaxed. There are some nicer spots on the edges, though.

The price is 17.00 for 2 people per night, shower 2.00 for 4 minutes (stop/start system), and electricity is 50 cents for 700 kWh. For 2 nights, we spent 47 euros.

Had a nice bike ride to Trier, a really lovely trip along the Saar and the Moselle, entirely on a bike path. You also pass the mouth of these rivers this way. Beautiful surroundings.

Neat camper site. Saarburg is a nice little town.

Good cycling opportunities. Electricity points are somewhat limited in number, requiring a long cable. Electricity costs add up quite a bit.
