What a sad camper site. It is just a parking lot where cars can park for free and campers have to pay. Rubbish, potholes, puddles of water. In the evening, a woman came to collect the €5.50. It is sad that a municipality offers this. There are so many nicer places in Germany that are even free.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the campsite. We paid 130 euros for a camper, 2 people, and electricity. You can choose your own pitch. The sanitary facilities were very clean. There is a restaurant at the campsite where you can eat well at an affordable price. The train station is nearby. The supermarket is within walking distance. It is just under an hour's ride by bike to beautiful Trier. You can hear some traffic, but we didn't find it bothersome.

Indeed, large puddles, but at the end of October, a dry spot could be found. A very quiet night.
