Simple campsite: good pitches, fine and fairly new sanitary facilities, but reception far away (by the swimming pool). The sanitary facilities are also quite a walk away. No other facilities on the campsite. Good cycle connection to Halle (just under 15 min by bike). In Halle there is a beautiful museum: Kunstmuseum Moritz. We paid €30 per night here (incl. electricity).

Small update. Contrary to earlier reviews, the toilet block has been completely refurbished. Super clean (see photos) with air conditioning (= 38 degrees outside right now). Payment by debit card is possible. 31 euros for 2 people + electricity. Do check in at the pool first. Then drive onto the grounds with the camper. Reservations preferred.

On the advice of a German, I pitched here. The grass never gets mowed, the toilet/shower container is far away, and the floor is soaking wet. I shower behind a curtain, and there's no toilet flushing. Next weekend there's a "light festival"; it looked like it was going to be a festival.
