There are a lot of permanent campers at the campsite. The sanitary facilities are quite large. It would be great if they were cleaned in the mornings as well. Access and showers are only possible with a chip card. The campsite is plastered with various warning signs. That's annoying. The Bastei rock formation is easily accessible. For Dresden, I recommend the Prohlis Park & Ride. From there, you can take the train directly to the old town.

After carving out another long weekend for a short trip, we headed to the Malter Reservoir this time. Hoping for better weather, we decided to go to a lake. After a quick check, we went to this campsite and were given a choice of three pitches. So, out came the list. One pitch was occupied by tents, and the one closest to the lake, which was our favorite, was then...

We stayed here for one night and were charged €38! This included a token (per person) for the shower. Even though the pitches are spacious and level, the price/quality ratio is meh.
