You can't expect much from a free parking space. The view of the water is lovely, it's surprisingly quiet, and there's a disposal point for grey water and chemicals right nearby.

Nice spot, but it's first come, first served.
View of the water with a beautiful paved walking and cycling path along the water around the corner, complete with benches and trash cans.
No other facilities, but it is free.

Advantages: It's free, and the parking area is right next to the bike path, making Flensburg easily accessible. Otherwise, it's a dusty road lined with motorhomes parked lengthwise. You should be able to reverse, as it's a dead end and motorhomes park in every nook and cranny.
