A very nice campsite right next to the sea. great location and walking distance to the really nice place. Unfortunately, even in September it is still full and everything is very narrow and mainly occupied by campers who have been coming here for years. everyone knows everyone and huge group formations. As a “newbie” you are viewed with suspicion and almost as a troublemaker. we escaped after a day. Not my taste in Greece.
lees meerCamping site directly at the beach and 8 minutes over the mountain to Finikounda. Free choice of space was great - sea view and also great for large motorhomes (7.90m). We were told before August 20th. completely full and very narrow. Mini market well stocked and great fresh bread. Bar with a view. Sanitary clean, own toilet paper required. Boat rentals are in high demand, inquire early. Beach bar 5 minutes away. Pebble/sand beach with beautiful water.
lees meerclean sanitary facilities, on the beach and a few steps from the village where you can rent a boat (diving center) to visit the bay (recommended) the campsite itself could be a little more cared for, but overall it is ok. pro are the fridges which were an asset in hot weather
